Refund policy

At Vegan Roots, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility

Customers can request a return within 2 days of delivery only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received

To process the return request, the customer must provide:

  • Clear product images
  • Order details
  • Unboxing video as proof showing the package being opened and the issue clearly visible

Without a valid unboxing video, the return or refund request may not be approved.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Product used or partially consumed
  • Return request raised after 2 days of delivery
  • Missing unboxing proof
  • Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling by the customer

Refund Process

Once the returned product and proof are verified by our team, the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds are credited within 3 to 5 working days
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or store-approved refund method

As our products belong to the Beauty & Personal Care category, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards. Therefore, returns are accepted only for genuine cases of wrong or damaged product delivery.
